1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TRAMEDIC platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Practitioner Services

TRAMEDIC provides a platform to connect users with traditional practitioners. While we verify practitioners, TRAMEDIC does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for the outcomes of individual consultations.

3. Escrow & Payments

All marketplace transactions are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are held by TRAMEDIC and released to the seller only upon confirmation of delivery or after a specified period of no dispute.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information and respect the cultural traditions of practitioners. Harassment, fraud, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of service.

5. Refunds & Disputes

Disputes regarding consultations or product orders must be filed within 48 hours of the service/delivery. TRAMEDIC administration will review disputes and issue refunds where appropriate.
